Pop-up with Yellow Heart Sunshine at Mudd Works Roastery

We’ll be doing a pop-up collaboration with our business friend, Yellow Heart Sunshine at Mudd Works Roastery.

We’ll feature Chilled Ramen Salad (AKA Hiyashi Chuka),
sample it out and sell the sauce, miso and some of our other JORINJI products (not everything).

We’ll also bring our DIY sauce kit, so you can make the sauce there and take it home with you to enjoy!
($10 for 3 servings. Please ask us about the sauce making workshop when you arrive on site.)

We first met Marco, from Mudd Works, when we participated in the ZERO-PDX event at his shop. We really appreciate his generosity for sharing his space for our pop-up. Come and say Hi to Marco, and enjoy his dark roasted coffee!

Hiroko, owner of Yellow Heart Sunshine and a little big helper of Mudd Works (see the last photo), is one of our mutual business friends (and personal friend as well!). She makes all sorts of lovely and tasty breads for her biz. You should come and check them out!
