Cooking Demo and Lunch with Jorinji Miso at Secret Bar

We’ll be doing a collaboration event with @viviennepdx next Saturday, 8/6, for Chilled Ramen Salad (AKA Hiyashi Chuka).

We demonstrate and serve you a lunch of Hiyashi Chuka, a chilled ramen noodle salad w miso sesame dressing, at the Secret Bar. . Included is the recipe and a jar of Jorinji small batch chickpea miso to take home.

Some tickets are still available, but seating is limited...for 6-7ish people. Don’t miss the opportunity!
