Stir Fry Veggie with Goma Miso Sauce
Ingredients
3-4 servings

Cabbage: 1/4
Red Bell Pepper: 1/2
Red Onion: 1/4
Carrot: 1/2

Green Onions: 3
Canola Oil: 2-3 tbsp.
Salt: 1/2 tsp. or Jorinji Shio-Koji: 1 1/3 tbsp. *3
Jorinji Goma Miso Sauce: 4-6 tbsp.
Pepper, Toasted Sesame Oil to taste
Directions
Chop all veggies.
Heat a pan over high heat until hot.
Add canola oil, <A> ingredients & Jorinji Shio-Koji or salt. Stir fry for a few mins on med heat.
Add Jorinji Goma Miso Sauce & green onion, mix well.
Add pepper & toasted sesame oil to taste.
Additional Suggestions
Great for rice bowl (don) style!
You can add any kind of veggies, meat & age (deep fried tofu).
Using Jorinji Shio-Koji instead of salt will bring out umami.(*3)
