Miso Dressing
Ingredients
4-5 servings
Olive Oil: 2 tbsp.
Jorinji Miso: 1 tbsp.
Apple Cider Vinegar or White Wine Vinegar: 1 tbsp.
Water: 1 tbsp. (to taste)
Directions
Put all the ingredients into a bowl or jar.
Mix them well. Or close the lid onto the jar and shake well.
Pour over your favorite salad. Enjoy!
Additional Suggestions
Any type of Jorinji Miso, oil and vinegar combination works well!
You can enhance the dressing by adding extra ingredients such as:
grated ginger, carrots or onions, chopped herbs or spices.
