1:30 pm - 2:00 pm
$20 (RSVP)

In this workshop, you’ll make approx. 12oz chilled Noodle Sauce using JORINJI Chickpea Miso. While it’s easy to make the sauce, it’s also very flexible and useful — especially in summer. Bring it home and enjoy it with noodle, tofu, salad…etc! At the end of the workshop, you can taste the sauce (you’ve just made!) with small portion of noodles.

<NOTE>
Please show up 10 - 20 minutes before workshops start. No refunds if you're late or fail to show up.

About IKOI NO KAI…

Ikoi no Kai is a volunteer based organization serving the Japanese community of Portland with low-cost meals as well as sing-alongs of traditional songs, arts and crafts and health checks for the elder generations of Japanese Americans and their family and supporters.

We’ve been donating our miso to Ikoi no Kai for 2 years+. We’re grateful to be a part of this big FAMILY, and really appreciate their support in launching this pop-up.

Please join their fantastic lunch program and other community activities!
